Partnership

  • NJ- Kronos Health LLC (KHL) and Ubuntu Research Inc (URI) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 5, 2024, to establish a strategic partnership aimed at advancing clinical research services for emerging oncology biotech companies. The MoU outlines the collaborative efforts of KHL and URI in working together to achieve common objectives related to the Joint Collaboration for Clinical Research Services Project. Both parties are committed to leveraging their expertise and resources to streamline the drug development process and accelerate the pace of delivering innovative therapies to cancer patients.
  • Under the terms of the MoU, KHL and URI will collaborate on various aspects of the project, including:
    • Strategic, clinically focused talent acquisition and deployment
    • Development stage business operations process standardization
    • Data strategy and digital technology implementation
    • Optimization of financial, material, and labor resource allocation across all aspects of clinical program management
  • KHL will contribute its expertise in bench-to-market strategy, commercial and clinical development, investor relations, and partnership structuring, among other services including:
    • Portfolio planning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy
    • Precision Medicine and Companion Diagnostics Commercial Strategy (This will be huge draw)
    • Investor & BD pitch presentations
    • Market differentiation and impact value analysis (Commercial Readiness and differentiation)
